At Best Root Beer, we strive for complete satisfaction with every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we can only offer returns or replacements for damaged or incorrect shipments. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim for any order discrepancies.
Return Process

Upon arrival, carefully check your root beer bottles or kegs for any signs of leakage or breakage that may have occurred during transit.

Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the specific product defects to help us process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our refreshment team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photos of the damaged items.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement shipment at no extra cost.
